Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, will arrive in Islamabad, Pakistan, on November 21 on a state visit.


In an interview with Urdu News published on Monday, Saudi Press Attaché Nayef Al-Otaibi confirmed the visit of the Saudi crown prince. He mentioned that next week, a Saudi security delegation will travel to Pakistan to discuss the issue there.


During his visit to Pakistan in February 2019, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia inked a number of agreements establishing a framework for economic and cultural exchange between the two countries.


Pakistani government agencies have spent the better part of the last few weeks preparing official paperwork for this visit that would outline future collaboration between their respective countries. Both nations have taken the same position on a number of international issues in recent months.


In a statement issued last month, Pakistan's Foreign Office said, "We acknowledge the concerns of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to minimize oscillations in the oil market and guarantee global economic stability." Fosters an open mind'


The Foreign Office also reaffirmed, "We repeat our longstanding, durable, and fraternal relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."


Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah made the remarks at this year's National Day of Saudi Arabia celebrations in September, expressing his country's anticipation of a visit by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman.


Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif lauded the vision of the Saudi leadership and stated, "Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman is active for the future of the nation," when he spoke at the Future Investment Initiative Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, last month.


He praised the Saudi government for having a forward-thinking perspective.
